  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
    Boza Ride (Pty) Ltd is a business in the vehicle management industry offering the ‘services’ specified in clause 3 of the Standard Terms and Conditions (Boza Service).
  2. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests for and delivery of services will be processed immediately and confirmed as stipulated in the Standard Terms and Conditions.
  3. Export restriction
    Boza Ride services offered on this website are available within the Republic of South Africa.
  4. Refunds policy
    4.1 The provision of services by Boza Ride is subject to driver availability, and no payments will be processes in cases of driver unavailability.
    4.2 Should payment be made in error, Boza Ride will assume responsibility for such error and will refund the User in full within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
    4.3 Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% (thirty percent) administration fee, subject to the warranty provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
  5. Customer Privacy policy
    Boza Ride shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 (as amended), and any complaints to unlawful processing may be lodged through the relevant forms which may be accessed from:

  6. Payment options accepted

  7. Card acquiring and security
    7.1 Card transactions will be acquired for Boza Ride via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
    7.2 DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.
    7.3 Users may go to to view their security certificate and security policy.
  8. Customer details separate from card details
    8.1 Customer details will be stored by Boza Ride separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  10. Responsibility
    Boza Ride takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of the services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods, as stipulated in the Standard T&Cs.
  11. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Boza Ride chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature as provided in the Standard T& Cs.
  12. Variation
    Boza Ride may alter and/or vary this agreement or any part thereof as stated in the Standard T&Cs.
